Claims Information
When a claim situation arises contact your agent or your insurance company. If a camera is available take pictures (pictures are not required to set up a claim).
If there is water damage in your home, do not let the water sit for a period of time as this causes mold! If needed, call a cleanup/restoration company to assist you with drying water. Often times, if your property is properly cleaned it can be saved.
If there is an auto accident, get all of the other party’s information, such as: name, address, name of insurance company and policy number, year, make, model of the car and vehicle plate number. Contact the police so there is a police report of the incident - this will later be used by the claims department.
A claims adjuster will be assigned and will contact you shortly.
